Rounder is run by one person, and every message gets read. Replies can take a few days, but they do come.
hello@roundertools.com works for anything: questions, ideas, privacy requests, press, or just to say a tool saved your afternoon.
Bugs and tool ideas
If you have a GitHub account, open an issue. That way others can see it, add details and follow the fix. Email is fine too.
A good bug report includes:
- the tool's address, for example roundertools.com/compress-pdf
- your browser and device (for example "Chrome 130 on a Pixel 7" or "Safari on an iPhone 15")
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- the file type and rough size, but please don't send private files; a similar test file is perfect
A bad ad
If an ad looks like a button, pretends to be part of a tool or is otherwise misleading,email us with the page address and a screenshot, and we'll block it.
Security issues
Please report vulnerabilities privately: by email, or with a private advisory on GitHub. Details are on the security page.
