Terms

last updated October 27, 2026

Rounder provides free tools that run in your browser. By using roundertools.com you agree to these terms. They're effective from October 27, 2026.

Use the tools responsibly

You're responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them. Don't use Rounder to infringe copyright, break the law or harm others.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee results for every file. Always keep a copy of your originals. Results from AI tools can be wrong, and calculators and exchange rates are for information only, not financial, medical or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, Rounder isn't liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Ads

Rounder is free because it shows ads from Google on some pages. Ads come from third parties; showing one doesn't mean we endorse what it offers. If an ad looks misleading or looks like part of a tool, pleasereport it. How ads use data is explained in theprivacy policy.

Open source

Rounder's source code is published at github.com/adam-sari/rounder under theGNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You may use, study, change and share the code under that license. If you run a modified copy as a public website, the license requires you to offer your source code to its visitors too. The libraries and AI models the tools use keep their own licenses, listed on the credits page.

The license covers the code; these terms cover your use of roundertools.com. If you run your own copy, please give it a different name and logo, so nobody mistakes it for this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date above shows the latest version.
