Organize PDF pages
Drag pages into order, then turn, trim and tidy them, with undo for every step.
How it works
- 01Drop in a PDF to see every page as a thumbnail. Add more PDFs any time to mix in their pages.
- 02Drag pages into order, then rotate, duplicate, delete or insert blank pages. Ctrl+Z undoes any step.
- 03Click Save PDF to download the new file.
Questions
›Can I combine pages from several PDFs?
Yes. Use Add PDF to bring in more files. Their pages go at the end, with a colored stripe showing which file each came from, and you can drag them anywhere.
›How do I fix a scan where the pages are out of order?
If you scanned all the fronts, then turned the stack over and scanned the backs, open Order and choose "Fix a duplex scan". It weaves the two halves together, taking the backs last-to-first. If your backs came out in order, choose "Interleave halves" instead.
›Will my pages lose quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new file as they are, so text stays sharp and selectable and images aren't recompressed. Rotation is saved as a page setting rather than redrawing the page. Bookmarks aren't carried over, and links to other pages or fillable form fields may stop working.
›Is there a limit on pages or file size?
Not from us. The work happens on your device, so very large files are limited only by your browser's memory. Thumbnails load as you scroll, so long documents stay responsive.
›Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your files are processed on your own device by your browser. They never touch our servers, so there are no upload waits, no size caps from us, and nothing to delete afterwards.
