Compress image to 100 KB
Under 100 KB with the most quality left, a whole batch at once.
How it works
- 01Drop in one photo or a whole batch. The limit is already set to 100 KB; type your own number if the form asks for another.
- 02Each file gets the highest JPG quality that fits, and is made smaller in pixels only if quality alone isn't enough.
- 03Check the result line under each file ("✓ fits", or why not), then download one by one or as a zip.
Questions
›How sharp is a 100 KB photo?
Usually sharp enough for any web form or listing: around 1,200–1,600 pixels on the long side at good JPG quality. If your photo is smaller than that, it may fit without shrinking at all, and the result says "quality …" without "shrunk to fit".
›Should I pick JPG or WebP?
JPG, unless you know the site takes WebP. Forms almost always accept JPG; WebP keeps a little more detail at the same size but isn't accepted everywhere.
›Which KB does it use, 1,000 or 1,024 bytes?
It aims under 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, the stricter of the two, so the file also passes forms that count 1,024. The result line shows the size the same way.
›Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your files are processed on your own device by your browser. They never touch our servers, so there are no upload waits, no size caps from us, and nothing to delete afterwards.
