How it works
- 01Pick Photo, Signature or Thumb impression, then change the KB range and the width × height to the numbers in your notice (pixels, or cm at the DPI it gives).
- 02Drop in your photo or scanned signature. It is cropped to that shape and saved as a JPG inside the KB range.

Questions
›Are these the official sizes for my exam?
Not necessarily. Each recruitment or admission notice sets its own sizes, and they change between years. The numbers here are common examples to start from. Always type the exact numbers printed in your own notice. Rounder isn't connected to any exam body or government portal.
›What sizes do forms usually ask for?
Many application portals ask for a photo of 20–50 KB and a signature of 10–20 KB, often with pixel sizes such as 200 × 230 for the photo and 140 × 60 for the signature. Some give the size in cm instead, for example 3.5 × 4.5 cm; switch the unit to cm and the tool works out the pixels at the DPI you set.
›My signature comes out under 10 KB. What now?
A small signature on white paper has very little detail, so even the highest JPG quality can stay under 10 KB. The tool then adds blank padding (a comment block inside the JPG that viewers ignore) to reach the minimum, and says so in the result line. The signature itself looks exactly the same.
›Can it change the background to white?
This page only sizes the picture. Use the Background remover or the Passport photo maker first if the notice asks for a plain white background, then bring the result here to size it.
›Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your files are processed on your own device by your browser. They never touch our servers, so there are no upload waits, no size caps from us, and nothing to delete afterwards.
